This dealership is a joke. I purchased a new car from them and they only provided me with one key. I have called on numerous occasions and left messages and they have been ignoring me. Asad the manager doesn't even have the decency to call me back. I will never come back here. I will be escalating this to Kia head office.

Even tho it was a brand new order, these guys tried ripping me off by adding unnecessary packages or "oil changes" that are "not optional" which i dont need and can get get at any other place. Got my 2023 Gt Line at another dealership around the city for a much lower price. Only reason i gave them a 2-star is because Ziad is a great representative to speak with.

I felt very comfortable with such friendly staff who were courteous and helpful while we were looking at used vehicles. Ziad was most helpful in answering any questions we had. We are extremely satisfied with going with Bank Street Kia and I’m sure we will also recommend them to our friends

Very bad service no management at all I like one car there but because how the treats me I want to other dealer and got the other car which I don't like The financial guy Sami push me away to go buy it from other i never see in my life this way of sellers

Hi All, I started my car adventure online and I needed a car ASAP as my old one the engine died and with school starting and I still need to commute to work. I saw online bank street Kia site and seen a Rio online. I messaged online and unfortunately there was nothing available. Ziad, messaged me back a few days later and said one was available. The interaction of great. No delays in response, accurate information right away, and made it easy to understand what was needed for me. It was a good experience, the finance manager was great as well. Made sure I understood what was required of the loan details and what I was signing too. I would go again, if we needed another car. Lastly, I like the RIO a lot, it’s a great small car with good features. I was surprised the android auto and apple car play were wireless, but still works great. Great experience.
