I had my first service for my Cadillac XT5 today. Though I live in Stouffville I decided to keep my business with OMS because of the great service I received when I purchased the vehicle last October.I am again impressed with all of the staff at OMS from Shannon Sexton on booking my service appointment and her reminders and David Caruana who looked after their service of the vehicle.To my surprise OMS even washed my vehicle prior to my pick up.5 Star Service from a 5 Star Dealer!Thank you all and stay safe!

Sales staff were great. Service dept workers are super nice. Steve especially. Service manager told me to shop elsewhere (ford dodge). First new truck ive ever bought. Ive been a GM guy for 43 of my 44 yrs. I'll never buy another after the experience with the douche bag service manager.

Excellent business to deal with! Well taken care of here especially with the restrictions on right now! They did everything they could from giving info on my vehicle I purchased to making sure we had all our ducks lined up to come down and drive away! We are from out of town and they have a great out of town program that is a bonus to come and get a vehicle but very competitive and excellent to deal with! Sam is the man there that is very honest and true and helps you in anyway possible thanks sam we are loving the van already! We will be back
