Sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Service department is horrible. I'll never bring my truck back here for service. I regret referring any of my friends here

Purchased a brand new 2018 Silverado z71 ltz. The entire front differential had to be replaced. The truck is not even 2 years old and has 24 000 km on it. I was told the truck would be ready by today and recieved a phone call saying all the right parts were not ordered and the truck would only be ready until next week at this point. It has already been over 3 weeks. Service department does not seem to care and couldn't understand my frustration. This will be last Chevy truck.

Dana was very nice and helpful - he helped us buy the right truck for our need. As a first time RV camper we were treated with full respect and he found answers for our all our concerns and fitted us with an appropriate truckThank you for all your help.We recommend you and Ontario Motor Sales highly!

Sales staff were great. Service dept workers are super nice. Steve especially. Service manager told me to shop elsewhere (ford dodge). First new truck ive ever bought. Ive been a GM guy for 43 of my 44 yrs. I'll never buy another after the experience with the douche bag service manager.

Sam at Ontario Motor Sales was excellent. He genuinely cares about his customers, and was so knowledgeable. I would definitely buy a car from Sam again... Overall a great experience.
