Purchased a brand new 2018 Silverado z71 ltz. The entire front differential had to be replaced. The truck is not even 2 years old and has 24 000 km on it. I was told the truck would be ready by today and recieved a phone call saying all the right parts were not ordered and the truck would only be ready until next week at this point. It has already been over 3 weeks. Service department does not seem to care and couldn't understand my frustration. This will be last Chevy truck.

Hi Rob, we appreciate your concerns and have done the best we can in difficult circumstances to get your truck repaired as quickly as possible. We've also tried our best to mitigate any inconvenience by providing you with a 2020 Silverado to drive while your vehicle is in for repair. Unfortunately the shipping of parts has been a challenge due to COVID as your particular part came from the US where supply has been thinner than usual. Please believe me when I say that the service department cares very much and will ensure that the work is done at a high level.
