I called to inquire about a specific vehicle I was directed to a gentleman by the name of Sam. Sam was very accommodating to me to view the vehicle. As my wife and I pulled into the car lot. The vehicle was already running with the A/C cranked ready to go for a test drive. During the test drive I experienced a couple issues I felt would need to be addressed before I considered buying the vehicle. Sam assured me that the issues would be addressed and once they were asked if I would like to test drive it again. . He then introduced me to his manager who also assured me that those issues would be addressed and invited me to revisit when they get the car back from the mechanic.I fully intend to. Both gentleman were very sincere in doing what they could do to make me happy. I have not bought the vehicle as the are just sending it out to have the issued delt with but I fully intend to retest the vehicle once they get it back. I have nothing but trust in Sam and his manager they seem like very honest people and am happy to deal with them.

Best vehicle sale experience I've ever had.Friendly, courteous, professional.Went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the process every step of the way.My business and satisfaction with deal was of paramount importance to the dealership.Customer service was excellent and flawless.I cat say enough about how happy and satisfied I am with my experience with this dealership.I will definitely be dealing with OMS from now on and highly recommend them.

Purchasing a vehicle from Ontario Motor Sales was the easiest thing I've ever done. They were extremely helpful in choosing what was right for me.
