Good salesman. Nice guy at the parts department. Not so good for the bodyrepairs shop... first question they ask before giving you a quote is if it's an insurance job. Basically asking if they can overcharge.. took them 3 weeks to get back to me with a quote ( little scratch on 2 doors).. that was as expected .. ridiculously overpriced. Will be going somewhere else for service..

My partner and I just took delivery of our 2020 Tiguan. Tim and Jennifer were phenomenal. Felt very much at ease throughout the whole process. Tim is super friendly, patient and easy going – takes the edge off of things. Would highly recommend giving Tim a call if you’re in the market for VW!

EDIT: Increasing from 3 stars to 4 stars - Although the service records were delayed by 3 weeks, I have now received them. Increasing to 4 stars for follow up. Thanks Bytek! Recently purchased a 2016 VW Jetta GLI Autobahn from this dealership which was easily the biggest purchase for me. The salesperson, Amanda, was great throughout the process and so was the business manager (title for person who did my financing application). The car is really great as well, drives well and pretty much as expected. The reason for the 3 stars is the follow up. I repeatedly asked them throughout the entire process, i.e. initial test drive, finance application, finance finalization and signing of papers, driving off the lot and a week or later as well for the car service records. I had planned to leave a 5 star review, however, despite repeated follow ups I have not had any progress with this information. I got most of the service records when I was picking up the car (which was delayed two days and I was only told the day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle), however, the service record for the work they did while the car was in their lot was apparently "not closed by the service people" and the finance manager asked me to follow up with the sales person for this record. After a few days, I was told I would need to speak with sales manager for this info and that I would be given their schedule. It's now been two weeks and I still don't have anything. All of this makes me question their post purchase service to customers and that they actually did the work they claimed they'd done.

The Bytek bodyshop has just finished working on my Mk6 GTI. They replaced a few body panels under corrosion warranty. The work performed looks fantastic! Gone are the rusty rocker panels. Instead, my 2010 VW now looks brand new again! The paint looks amazing and they took wonderful care of my vehicle. On top of that, I was able to get my car back ahead of schedule! Thanks again to the awesome staff at the bodyshop!
