I was only shopping around, preparing to buy a vehicle. Bill and his team at Provincial Chrysler were friendly and easy to speak with. They were interested in my needs and concerns and were not just trying to sell a car. The customer came first. Total professionals!

Went in to look at a used car on their lot and was rudely told it was not for sale..even though the car was listed for sale on their web site. Salesman was indifferent and not very personable. did not introduce himself and really didn't care that we were there. We took the hint and left. and will probably never go back or recommend to anyone...

While the sales associate was pleasant and friendly, the wrong Vin number was input into the system. This was not detected until delivery of vehicle and was the wrong one. The vehicle also had some minor scratches and required a new tail light section to repair. The management corrected the issue very quickly and did everything they could to make things right. While I still had the wrong vehicle they made sure any differences between the two were added to make them the same. Overall amazing service and passion once the unpleasant beginning was dealt with. I would recommend provincial to friends and family with one caveat. Don't assume anything. Write down the VIN of the vehicle your interested in and take pictures.
