The final chapter in the Calibre saga proved to be a satisfying ending.

Nick and Brandon got to the heart of the matter with the Calibre and got it fixed once and for all - great, courteous service. I know it must have been almost as frustrating for them as it was for us, but they handled it with humour and kept us updated.

My vehicle was involved in an accident and had to be replaced. SMP provided me with a terrific customer experience! The team I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgable and very helpful to ensure I was getting what I wanted at a price I could afford. Chevy or SMP does not back their product

after buying a new Silverado in the fall I discover the washer fluid tank is leaking and with all the warranty of course it isn't covered for a crack and I am blamed.

I am sorry about the recent bit of bad luck you have had with your vehicle. The washer tank was cracked because its contents froze and expanded. Because that kind of damage cannot be considered a factory defect, warranty coverage does not apply. Nonetheless, as a goodwill gesture, the diagnosis was paid for by SMP. In addition, SMP has offered to pay for half of a new washer fluid reservoir, including also the labour to install it. I am sorry about your washer fluid reservoir, but we have extended goodwill gestures as far as we can considering the nature of the damage to the part and the repair necessary. If you have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to give our service department a call.
