Absolutely delightful experience

I went to get my journey fixed, on my way out I stopped to say hi to one of the employee I know and next thing I know I bought a town and country. Kelly Johnson and Kelly Hewitt are the most caring and friendly people who does everything possible to make the customer happy and smiling. Great job guys I will be back along with my friends that for certain. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Cheers

Vehicle Selction suited what I was looking for.

The Sales team were very courteous and helpful in selecting a vehicle I was in need of purchasing. Made it humbling to where I would go back to the employer as a referred client when the circumstances arise.

I'm a little slow in providing this feedback, but for sure I have continued to have positive experiences at SMP Service over the years. I have found Crystal McEwan in particular to be a very pleasant and easy to work with Service Advisor. She is competent and down to earth, as well as knowledgeable in terms of advising on suggested maintenance but respectful if there's something I want to defer to a later date. I do not hesitate to refer friends to SMP for quality and timely service work.

Dan Barrett is and excellent salesman along with his team. I have never had this kind of customer service before he made sure all my questions were answered. I never once had to call back to the dealer to ask questions which is more than I can say for my local dealer .Very satisfied love the truck and worked around my schedule I will be back for my next truck.

We brought in our 2008 Cobalt to the service center when it would not start. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken timing chain which meant the engine was blown and presented us with our options. We decided our best choice was to purchase a new vehicle so we went to see Kennedy. After a few weeks of deciding what we wanted we finally decided on the Equinox. Kennedy was incredibly patient and very helpful answering all of our questions and showing us numerous different models and options. Our financing fellow, Brandon, was also wonderful to work with. This is our second purchase with SMP and we will definately be back for future purchases.

Saskatoon Motor Products turned out to be the perfect place for me to buy second vehicle. Ben Mccrea and Mike Cantafio gave me great customers service. Everything has been handled in the most professional way possible. This is my second vehicle from SMP and I will be recommending SMP to my family and friends and I won't hesitate to visit them again. I experienced excellent customer service i.e. Kelly and Dillan were prompt, courteous and professional in helping me find the most appropriate vehicle. The SMP sales process is impressive including touring the service shop and ensuring that all my questions were answered. Good after purchase follow up to ensure that I was enjoying the new ride. I felt like a valued customer at SMP - thanks!!
