Thank you SMP for the full vehicle assessment and vehicle repairs done in a timely manner. I also wanted to add that I was so happy that the engine repairs were checked over throughly, and the oil leak was dealt with in a complete inspection to make sure there was no additional issues. I have so much to be thankful for as not sure what to expect after I had my vehicle towed in to SMP. I had noticed smoke coming from under the hood. Shutting the vehicle off and examining the oil residue that was present over the engine. Not only did the necessary engine issues get addressed, but the engine looks super clean after it was cleaned up to make sure that there was no further leaks. I am very reassured that SMP service department does quality work on vehicles!

After 4 attempts at a wheel alignment on my vehicle, it still pulls to the right Granted each time improved but still pulls to the same side Last and final adjustment I was told that some vehicles will pull to one side even if alignment is in Specification My vehicle is only 2 years old with a clean carfax report and brand new tires

We recently had a fire and lost the house and both vehicles. SMP has been unbelievably helpful and empathetic. Angela Sipko was our Angel. She was with us every step of the way, from initial contact to handing us the keys for both vehicles. I would also like to give an honorable mention to the finance team. With all the anxiety of the fire and our minds spinning, they helped guide us along and came up with the best options for us. From the person at the front desk to the owners of SMP, Thank you all so much.
