From beginning to end Alyssa took care of me. I was visiting every dealership in town to try out vehicles and I ended up going with a Kia. Even after I purchased the vehicle the amazing customer service that Alyssa provided me with didn't stop! The Kia brand was hands down the best value in town and of course my experience was invaluable. As long as I have amazing service (just like what I received from Alyssa), I will be a long time customer! THANKS!!!!

I had an oil change and bought new winter tires. I was impressed with the fact that a woman did the work. When I saw the smiley face on the "next oil change" ticket, i knew there was something different! Good for you Performance Kia!

The appointment was set up quickly when I called about the problem with my car. I had a call from Jamie who thoroughly and respectfully explained and problem with my car and offered me options for fixing the problem. When I picked up the car I dealt with a lady representative who was efficient and friendly. I appreciated her reviewing what was done with my car.

Was told a car seat could have been easily moved to a rental and it was not, had I brought my granddaughter with me it would have been a problem! Thankfully my son was able to bring my car in for me.

Had my oil changed and 41 point inspection and rotated 2 tires because they were on wrong. My husband put my winter tires on and he didn't realize that they were directional tires. Overall experience was excellent.
