Friendly and fast service despite smaller staff due to COVID restrictions. Large selection of vehicles on site, made finding the one I wanted very easy, and the test drive was very well laid out to demonstrate the full driving experience. The salesman, Andrew, knew his products very well, demonstrating features I had not read about or even seen in any reviews online, even VW’s own website. This alone is deserving of the five star rating, all too often a well-informed customer knows more about the product they want to buy than salespeople, but that was refreshingly not the case at Bytek VW. Thank you, and great job!

This is an update on my original review - after having the car for a little over a month. Original buying experience was easy, and straight with all costs associated. I purchased a 2019 golf. However, upon the first day of picking up the car (before I even got the car home) it started having problems with the check engine light coming on. Issues continued to appear almost every week with me bringing in the car for all warranty issues. Within the first 4 weeks, the car had 3 unprovoked problems: day 1 - O2 sensor broke. Issue 2 - EPC light came on, issue 3 - grab handle (which had never been touched) was falling off. Considering this was a brand new vehicle, I am very upset with this outcome. I have also been less than impressed with the service of trying to get these problems resolved - parts were ordered, and arrived yet I was never contacted when they were in stock again. I got a great deal on a new car, but considering it has never been in like new condition longer than a week for issues based on manufacturing quality, I'd would strongly recommend people to shop elsewhere for a vehicle.

Tim the sales guy was amazing. Super friendly, cheerful, and respectful of social distancing measures. It was a stress-free experience. Leslie was equally amazing with her patience on my hundred financing questions. I’ve had a VW in the past, and am returned because no other dealership or vehicle has been as good.
