The service representatives patiently listen to your concerns, provide feedback on the work to be done with a specific time frame. The representatives always are courteous, know your name plus the reason you are there. I believe the waiting area adds to the experience as it is comfortable and spacious. I challenged them on the need to change the timing belt at this time, they agreed it probably could wait another 6 months to the recommended 7 year time frame and the 100,000 kilometres (at 90,000). They were polite and not pushy only commenting on the damage the belt failure could cause plus indicated there was a $100 saving at this time. I agreed and we proceeded. I have returned to Honda for the service of my two vehicles when I traded my second Honda on a 2012 CRV and will continue to get both vehicles serviced at Paladino Honda and probably buy another to replace the 2008 Accord.

Went for my 1st service ( oil change & tire rotation ) Turns out I didn't require tire rotation yet. Oil change was performed. Staff at Palladino always friendly and courteous, plus the service was very speedy, I was on my way in no time!

Engine light was coming on and off. Vehicle diagnostic was performed and determined that a water temperature sensor required changing. Work was performed on a very timely manner. A shuttle was provided to and from the dealership. All required work was performed and completed prior to the estimated timeframe. Everything now works fine. Thank You for the Great service.

Service was quick and radio was taken care of as requested (it was asking for a code due to the battery dying). Shuttle service was offered earlier than expected which was a major plus.

Jayson ball was really helpful when I came in to look at a new vehicle, he went above and beyond to make my experience comfterble, he met all my needs and really made my car buying experience fun. I love the new Honda and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you

Process took longer than I was told causing me to be late for work. I had asked if I should get a shuttle or if I had time to wait and I was assured I had time. However the service manager has been in touch with me and I feel better after speaking with him.

Everyone I've encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend Palladino Honda. I was shopping with a friend, had no intention on changing vehicles, had been with other dealership for my last 5 cars. The service I get is more important than the brand for me. Extremely pleased with service so far.
