In advance I had already did some research on the vehicle I had purchased , pretty much had my mind set on what I wanted, but overall the salesperson was very helpful and informative with any questions I had. He seemed to have a very good background in sales, didn't seem pushy which is very nice to see. I am very happy with my Honda :)

It was a Multi point inspection and they rotated the tires, check lights/horn/blade and fluids, change oil and filters, battery check, inspect for visual leaks, inspect for visual condition and a rattle under the car

I found the market value pricing very competitive with similar used cars in Southern Ontario. The dealership seemed to want my business without any pressure and the salesperson was very helpful. I felt the offer for my trade-in was fair and so far I am pleased with my new car.

my ridgeline is now making noise from the rear shocks after the tire rotation was done. These shocks were just changed at speedy 3 months ago. I am concerned..

Purpose of visit was to renew my lease for a new Honda Civic. Staff were informative regarding options on the lease and features of the new vehicle. While my new vehicle was being prepped and my snow tires being installed, Cody provided me with a replacement vehicle so I was not inconvenienced and ensured my vehicle was ready for me the next day.
