I saw an Odyssey I liked a picture of online. I inquired via email and Rob called me. We spoke quite a few times during the morning and I decided to make the 4.5 hour trek to check out the vehicle in person. Rob went above and beyond finding snow tires and having them installed while I was on my way. Then after the tour, he put me up in a hotel so I could complete my purchase the next day and take it home.

B type service with pertinent additional maintenance items identified and completed all within the deaignated time. Good communication of identified wear items and competitive replacement parts. Very satisfied with Thor level of service.

excellent service as always, I was just not happy that my part that had fell off my car to repair, was not put back into my car, as am unable to get it fixed till next month, I assumed it was in my car, I should have checked before I left the dealership, I think they assumed I would be back the following day, as the part was ordered and coming in the following day, When I had arrived I did mention I would call to make a appointment to have that installed, I would have just liked if my part put back in my car, Previous experiences have always went well and pleased with wait times as it is always done faster than expected

Appointment was 1100 car was taken in at 1115, tried to talk me into get service I did not need at ridiculous prices. Staff are on the cold side.if I had a choice I'd go somewhere else.
