I was driven home immediately after dropping my car off for the scheduled appointment. The repairs were done on time, and I was picked up on schedule to retrieve my car and pay my bill. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Was in for a repair of the bump stops again and this time they kept the van overnight to make sure it was done properly and gave us a loner so my husband could still get to work. Never disappointed with the level of great service we always receive. Thank you.

The advisor was polite, friendly and knowledgable. The waiting area is comfortable and offers nice beverages. The duration was a little longer than predicted and/or to be expected for a simple oil change. Might I recommend that when a customer is waiting while service is being completed that the car is stationed near an exit at the end of the visit. Even if you no parking space is available, leave it in front of the building along the walking curb rather than make the customer find it at the far end of the parking lot. You know we are coming right out..
