car would not start

I think because of the cold weather and I was ill at the time and did not run my CRV, it decided to act-up. Must be a male. HAPPY NEW YEAR

Friendly, very helpful people, and a well thought out/equipped waiting area. I was able to do online christmas shopping while I waited for my oil change.

While I only went in for a regular scheduled service, staff suggested additional work that should be done. Their explanation was detailed and I did not feel pressured to complete the work or that the service was just a sales pitch. The work was completed as scheduled and I felt like a valued customer.

Fairly routine winterization maintenance; four bolts under needed replacement. Received ride home and back - very efficient serv

During routine maintenance, I asked to have a rubbing sound under the car checked. This was done and bolts replaced. I was transported home and back again which is always appreciated. My car is now 12 years old and in perfect running condition due to regular efficient service.
