I before scheduled time & out with in 30 minuts

It was a regular oil change and I was in and out in less than 30 minuts, plus mechanic change my wipper blade after apointment.

Waaaaayyyy to long for an oil change!

So I thought I would give the oil change by Honda a chance, since I live on Manitoulin Island. I usually go to Penzoil where it is always under 20 minutes. While the price is about the same, the time it takes is way to long at Palladino. I got there at 3 and left at 4:30 ish or later. I just wished the service assistant was upfront and said it would take this long and I would have likely not stayed for the oil change. I was very disappointed at how long it took and with not being told approximately how long it would take.

Hi Stephanie. You are right one and a half hours would be a long time for an oil change But we also did an alignment and cut and programmed a new key for the car. This is what took the extra time thanks Jason

I love my Pilot, it is my first new car ever. I was not provided with one of my must haves due to miscommunication. Dissappointed to not have a remote starter on my brand new vehicle. Now I am going to have to bring it in and pay for one with installation? The labor fee should be waived. This is the only negative thing I can say about my entire experience so far.
