I just purchased my new, second Honda from Palladino Honda !! The whole experience was wonderfully stress-free. The staff members were helpful and friendly. A great big "thank you" to Andrew Nazaruk .. He handled the purchasing procedure in a quick, organized and very professional way. All of my questions were answered in a polite, knowledgeable manner. What a treat to have Andrew explain all of the up-dated gadgets on the dash board (even setting the time ), new license plates in place, a full tank of gas and the car warmed up---ready to go!! I highly recommend Andrew to future Honda customers.

I was at work and Palladino honda Sudbury called my wife at home to tell her about a series of things that need to be done to our van in addition to the regular maintenance B. They mentioned things not covered under warranty which in fact they were and told her that our pollen filter had to be changed. When I got back from work I told him that I had just replaced the pollen filter myself a couple of week prior to the appointment. At that point they told me they never had a chance to look at it yet? In the end our van bill was 409$ less than what they told my wife on the phone. Obviously my wife was quite upset. When I mentioned what was happening to our shuttle service driver even he stepped in and went to the service desk with me to get things straightened out.

I appreciated Dan's attention and diligence with my recent car issue. Personal calls, updates, and explanations made me feel re-assured during a stressful situation with my vehicle. The repair on my vehicle was timely and efficient.

I brought my vehicle to have winter tires put on. I did have to come in twice to get it finished but both times the service rep. treated me very well.

I have no problems with the service....everyone was pleasant and professional.... However....what I would like is ONE ONLY reminder (letter) EVERY SIX MONTHS. if I feel service and/or and oil change is necessary, I will bring the car in, however, I don't like phone calls, to keep reminding me.
