We purchased a 2015 CRV. Mr. Ball was equally enthusiastic, knowledgeable and patient. The vehicle was delivered sparkling and when promised.

Came in for my first oil change. Although the wrong time was on the discount card (30 minutes earlier) the staff was able to get my car in early and complete the oil change. Staff was very understanding and accommodating.

From the first exploratory meeting, through the various stages of examining Financial options with regards to the sales agreement, the possible insurances to consider, the actual location of a vehicle that answers to my criteria and the practical aspects of closing the deal and transferring the accessories to my new vehicle, the dealer's staff were always thoughtful and considerate of my own needs, specific to my situation. All staff maintain an excellent level of profesionnal Customer service.

I had my winter tires installed. A little disappointed in the wait time for the shuttle that was going to drive me to work. I had a co-worker pick me up. Wishing someone had warned me over the phone when I made the appointment that the shuttle is available however, there may be a wait.

On est aller à Palladino Honda juste pour voir les options ainsi que les prix des voiture est on à trouver un service chaleureux et on est fini par en acheter un Honda Civic très belle et on la eu dans juste 5 jours.
