Great customer service before during and after appointment

This appointment was to install and balance the winter tires, and then store my existing tires. The service was done well; the only misstep was when I left to get my car, the summer tires were in it! Delayed my return to work for approx. 10 minutes, while I found someone from the garage, and then waited until he removed the tires for (hopefully) storage.

Everyone did a good job. Checked my wipers cause they were making noises. Even took my car in early cause I was went in a little early.

Honda honored their warranty. Kara took care of all my needs for transportation while my car was in the shop. She also gave me regular updates and always had a smile on her face ! Thank you for your services !!
