Expensive wheel alignment

I paid for the full wheel alignment, which is $89.99, which was to correct a slight rear wheel alignment of 0.04degrees? Not worth the price...

Purchased studded winter tires and rim and I was waiting for my car. The shuttle drivers asked the people there many times if anyone needed a ride which I found great. Those who didn't want to wait for their cars didn't wait long for their shuttle; most of them didn't have time to sit (which is fantastic) When I inquired about my car it was not quite ready so I was given keys to a Civic to go to my appointment which I appreciate enormously.

Sales / Leasing - Mr. Arnett took considerable time to help us consider our options and to explain the features of the 2015 Civic. He was persuasive without being pushy and was prompt and courteous for all scheduled meetings. Financial - Cole was very meticulous and eager to take the necessary time to walk through all the relevant financial paperwork. He exhibited humor and class. Well done, Palladino Honda.

This appointment was to install and balance the winter tires, and then store my existing tires. The service was done well; the only misstep was when I left to get my car, the summer tires were in it! Delayed my return to work for approx. 10 minutes, while I found someone from the garage, and then waited until he removed the tires for (hopefully) storage.
