Great service

The service rep. was very accommodating even though there was a mix-up with the scheduled service date. The vehicle was taken in within 10 minutes of my arrival and the service was preformed and completed within 40 minutes. The staff at the dealership were very friendly and accommodating. Overall...one of the best service departments I have dealt with.

The ability to find a solution to the problem was appreciated when I was told my new car was gonna cost a lot more than what it was supposed to. The patience and understanding from the Service Advisor was greatly appreciated as well....

Palladino café - a personal fav. LIke the email reminders for service. Dawn always hooks me up with an appointment. Service staff always a pleasure to work with. WIFI is great.

What can I say, regular maintenance will keep your vehicle running smooth

I usually choose Honda so I can get a shuttle ride to and from work, which is really convenient for me. Also, having all my service done at one place is easier than going all over, especially during warranty. I have had issues in the past with service being offered that I don't necessarily need but I think all dealerships do this.
