I went in after seeing the Honda fit at Goodlife on their streaming channel. I was looking for a new car, but not exactly sure if it was the car for me. At first Jayson pointed me to a 2014 civic, but he asked me about my lifestyle, the things I do and helped me understand the benefits of both the fit and the civic. The fit really was the better fit for me, he did everything he could to educate me on all the features, he made me feel good about buying my car. He seems honest and guided me through the entire process step-by-step without feeling much pressure. Overall buying a car from Jayson was a great experience.

My wife and I rate the whole process 10 out of 10 by everyone from Kara and Stephenie to the shop service dept. Cole Julien of Financial Servcses, and the man who came in about the insurance advisor. Brenda of Maintenance, and Scott Bouchard .Plus all the friendly faces we passed along the way.. It was a very pleasurable experience

My experience was excellent! Being a first time car owner, I had a lot of question and Pat was very open, polite and answered all of them without judgement. Pat was very knowledge and went to extra mile to explain to me all my options. He took his time to explain the vehicle and understand what I was looking for. When I bought my car I felt like I made an informed decision. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. I am extremely happy with the service I received. Thank you Pat!

I have been dealing with Palladino Honda for several years and have been very happy with them. I have been completely satisfied with Honda cars (can’t beat their reliability) and it is a pleasure dealing with the staff at Palladino’s. Everyone that I have encountered from the service department, to sales, financing, and the shuttle drivers have offered first-rate service. I recently purchased a new car from them and was pleased with every step of the process. The individuals that I have consistently dealt with are Dan Strong in the service department, Andrew Nazaruk in sales, and Denis Aubut in financing. I have known these individuals for years and would recommend them without hesitation. They are all professional, courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very pleasant to work with. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and give you the space needed to make decisions without pressure. Andrew was extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process, and Denis was excellent to work with through the financing and paperwork. The staff at Palladino’s have always guided me towards the services and products that were best suited to my needs, not necessarily those that would cost more money. They have shown time and time again that they operate with integrity and place customer needs first. They are genuine and that is what creates the relationship of trust that is so important between clients and businesses, and what maintains customer loyalty. I have to commend Dan Strong in the service department for being an exceptional service advisor. He has been so helpful and accommodating with everything, including shuttle service, and he has always taken the time to explain maintenance and repairs done on my former vehicle and discuss with me any additional work needed before proceeding. I truly appreciate the outstanding service I have received from Dan over the past several years. I have always taken my car to them for maintenance and will continue to do so as there has never been a problem with any work performed. My experiences with Palladino Honda have always been positive and they have never given me a reason to consider taking my business elsewhere.

Palladino Honda was very accommodating as far as the shuttle service where the drivers were very polite and personable. The service counter staff where also very polite and fast at getting me on my way. Good job!!
