Just cannot get over the amazing experience at Honda. Jay was extremely energetic and very knowledgeable. The test drive with Jay was so fantastic that before it was over we were sold. I have personally never worked with a car salesman as good as Jay. There was no question that wasn't answered and there was no pressure to buy. Absolutely would buy another car from Jay again.

I just traded in my 2012 Honda CRV for the 2015! I love to deal with Andrew and Dennis. They have many years of experience in the auto business, give great customer service and I feel very comfortable talking to them. This is my third Honda purchase from Andrew and definitely won't be my last!

Beware of used vehicles

I am from Toronto and negotiated a price on a grey 2013 odyssey exl after I was told over the phone the van was flawless. I left a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle for a few days until I can drive up and see the vehicle. I asked for some pictures and I was told that there were over 20 pictures on autotrader. I took a close look at the pictures and noticed a huge dent over the front passenger side wheel. I called Jamie back and he said that he wasn't aware of the dent and it must of just happened( this is the used car manager). I then asked if he could take some more money off and his reaction was most unexpected. Jamie started raising his voice and said that the "price is the price" and that he wasn't going to spend anymore time negotiating". Be very aware as to the condition of there used vehicles, they have a few odyssey's and they are all damaged. I Was ready to spend $30000 with them, think twice.

From the salesman, Rob Rouleau, to Financial Services Manager, Denis Aubut to service consultants were as described above: professional, friendly and fair.It was a good buying experience. All were very product knowledgeable and spent as much time as required to explain the services offered and respond to questions.
