As soon as we walked into the Used car building, Allen came over and took care of us right away. He wasn't pushy, and demonstrated his extensive knowledge of vehicles as we were out test driving. Cory helped us get to the price we wanted to be at, and Jeff helped with the loan and finalization processes. All in all a great experience and I will definitely recommend to everyone to purchase their next vehicle at SMP.

Truck still clunks from right front but technician could not hear so nothing can be done. Kinda sucks but has lots of warranty.

I was provided with a variety of options when purchasing my new truck. They were helpful with vehicle and colour selection. It was a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to refer others to them.

Great sales people but poor service department.I Brought my vehicle in three times before it was properly diagnosed. Had to argue with them about warranty a week before it was finally only because I went to the sales manager to help me out. I will buy another vehicle from there but will take my vehicle elsewhere for service

Dealing with Kelly Johnson is a real delightful experience. This is the fourth vehicle that we have purchased through him. We can tell him what we are looking for and he has the vehicles ready for us to test drive when we come.
