Our sales person Andrew Johnston was fantastic, he took the time for us to decide on a Chevrolet model, colour and options. He was very patient and informative. Even with the Covid 19 shutdown of all businesses he took the time to update us on the status of our order. He walked us through step by step of the purchasing process and followed up with us prior to our appointment to pick up our vehicle. He was very helpful and very informative. We would recommend OMS and definitely Andrew Johnston to any of our friends and relatives when they decide to purchase a new vehicle. We look forward to doing business with Andrew in the future of purchasing another vehicle. It was a stress free purchase even during the Covid 19 situation.

Purchasing a used car from Ontario Motor Sales during COVID-19 was easy and simple thanks to the staff at Ontario Motor Sales. The showroom was closed, but with the help of the sales people over the phone and the internet I was able to have my car in less that a week delivered to my front door at my house, with a full 3 day / 500 km money back guarantee.The car was delivered as promised and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend the dealership and I will certainly being continuing to do business with them in the future.

Our salesman Ryan McNutt was outstanding. He provided us all the information, history & details of the 2015 Cadillac SRX. He was professional, informed, courteous & very sincere.
