Purchasing a used car from Ontario Motor Sales during COVID-19 was easy and simple thanks to the staff at Ontario Motor Sales. The showroom was closed, but with the help of the sales people over the phone and the internet I was able to have my car in less that a week delivered to my front door at my house, with a full 3 day / 500 km money back guarantee.The car was delivered as promised and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We bought our new 2020 Traverse from Shawn Irwin on Monday and we were super happy with everything.Shawn is such a nice, laid back, no pressure guy. The whole process was so seamless for us that I would highly recommend going to see them.We looked around online at a lot of dealerships and felt nothing but pressure, pressure, pressure from all the sales associates at the other locations and they wouldn’t communicate back fast enough.Shawn was always quick to communicate and and so genuine. Our salesman Ryan McNutt was outstanding. He provided us all the information, history & details of the 2015 Cadillac SRX. He was professional, informed, courteous & very sincere.
