I had a great experience at Rainbow Toyota in North Battleford! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable PROFESSIONAL and helpful. I WAS UNDER NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER TO BUY. The staff put me at ease, it was a fun experience - not intimidating or pressured. The atmosphere was light and fun - this is a great staff Toyota has for sure. If you just want to look - its all good - no pressure. But they get serious and down to business when you want to make a deal! We discussed quite a few options - buying used, or new, leasing or buying. I test drove SEVERAL vehicles lol. It was a hard decision - so many great vehicles to choose from. The sales people are great! SPECIAL THANKS to Rick Micknick - showing me all these great vehicles with all the different options - and showing me how everything works. Quite a few new options for me so he went through everything - and says he is just a phone call away! wow! that's service. Thanks to Neil for helping me with my trade in and throwing in a few perks for me. Very much appreciated. Darcy in the finance office helped to tailor my payment options which was awesome, and made sure he explained all the insurance options available to me and WOW there was a lot - great options if you require/want them. Such a positive experience here with these people- I have always heard great reviews about Toyota staff in North Battleford - and now experienced it for myself. I feel like I have made quite a few NEW FREINDS. . THANK YOU SO MUCH I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!!!!!

Holy Moley I don't even know where to start. Thanks for the kind words ( just tell me where to send the money) Just to let everyone out there know, we didn't pay Bel for this review even though I feel like maybe we should. We had an awesome time help you pick out our car Bel. Its nice to see Rick running all over the place finding cars for people to drive. even though a part wasnt covered on our new truck Rainbow showed us they do care by offering us a vehicle detailing and a free inspection at our 16000 km oil change this means alot in showing us they care and we feel more secure on the road thank you Rainbow toyota and we love our new tundra

I had my 2016 RAV4 in for block heater cord replacement. The service adviser was courteous and the work performed in the designated time stated. No problems.
