brand new truck off lot checked air in tires valvestem broke ended up paying 180 to fix it should not have happened in the first place

I was given the red carpet, everything was explained to us in great detail, sales went over the vehicle particulars inside and out, I felt very comfortable it was an amazing experience.

Sales staff are rude and pushy. I will never but a Toyota, EVER, as a result of how they pushed and prodded me to buy buy BUY, rather than taking a moment or two to simply answer some questions and concerns I had. Nope!! Rainbow Toyota in North Battleford has ruined the Toyota name for me. I would recommend all looking to buy a new vehicle, to look elsewhere.

I’ll change my review to I had great service at Rainbow til my Acadia broke down!!!! I still won’t be recommending the dealership anymore cause the customer service was not great this time around!!!!
