Best dealer so far.

First, I had a good deal with my cruze. Second, they are all honest. And third, they are very efficient. I had to wait for 2 weeks to get the diesel cruze from Alberta to Saskatoon but thats the trucking company. Other than that I had a good experience with this dealership as a whole.

We purchased a new vehicle and were provided with excellent service. This is our 2nd vehicle purchased from SMP and the reason we returned was because of the service we received in 2010-we were not disappointed and were happy that we returned.

Dan made it easy. When I needed a new vehicle when my old one finally failed, Dan was able to determine my exact needs and came up with the perfect vehicle for me. No haggling, no waiting for a manger to approve the deal. Done in an hour... Thanks Dan. You're a real pro.

Service not performed to agreed time period.

An understanding to what is warrantable or what is not between the sales department and service department would be an asset to the customer.I had a situation where a squek was coming from what I thought was a brake not releasing and enquired as to it being a warrantable item to which I was told it was when I made an appointment to have the problem corrected things changed quickly. It seems rather confusing and maddening how quick a warranty procedure [sales] turns into a maintenance cost [service].I still cant understand how a problem with a vehicle falls under THE SHOULD BE MAINTENANCE LINE when there is no direction to what and when certain maintenance should be done other than changing oil.I was left with the feeling that after purchasing a vehicle ,having some body work done and having service [oil changes] at SMP that profit over customer service was more important .Regardless the service was not performed and I cant see myself being a loyal SMP customer . if in for just an oil change...should be able to fast track in under an hour..need better coordination

they overbooked...so needed a ride home and back later when i could have just waited if done right away....how do i know its even a hot oil change when vehile sits for 5 hrs...what about winter?...even tire rotations...why would i ever buy tires from a dealership when I can buy from a tire shop and get free rotations for life...doesn't make sense to me.....even with your ''loyalty'' card i feel like i'm getting gouged...sorry but loyalty only goes so far anymore
