I took my car to SMP for warranty work. They were fast and efficient. I even had a shuttle ride home right away! !!!!

HAD GREAT SERVICE FROM DEALERSHIP BUT POOR SERVICE FROM ON STAR,(took approx 1 hour and they still couldn't transfer minutes from vehicle traded in.)

Unreal experience with RICK PUC. He accommodated all of my need and wants. All of the staff went over and beyond to help me out. This was hands down >>the best service<< I have ever got at any place of business. Go see RICK PUC for used and new vehicles and mention that KRISTA SAVINO recommended him.

Only one thing was not satisfactory. I asked them to top up my anti-freeze as my husband said it was down a bit. It was only down a bit, but it was not topped up.

My experience with SMP was great, I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go talk to the guys at SMP! There was no B.S. the guys were honest and answered any questions from us about the vehicle. Dan knows very well how busy everyone is in are economy. He acted fast on delivering us not one but three quality vehicles in a very short time and delivered excactly what we were asking for!!
