Too many big and small issues

Scott was pretty good but too many issues with the van (transmission, trailer package) Horrible experience with the first finance person, too pushy with warranties and would not take no for answer. As for the van, wish things could have been ready instead of multiple trips to dealership. Also on receiving van, poor detailing done multiple spots of glue residue found, scott did go back and had several cleaned up. And lastly,after transmission and trailer package installed, exterior was filthy multiple greasy hand prints all over areas of vehicle that were worked on.

Loving my Civic!!

Ellis was great to work with. He was always available to answer my multitude of questions and very patient with me as I needed time to decide if the civic was the car for me. His expertise on the vehicle and knowledge of the products were a deal winner for both of us! Loving my civic!!

Was having difficulty with a different dealership and tried Palladino. Scott was attentive and we had a deal in less than 10 minutes. Fair price, delivered my new vehicle to North Bay and I've been satisfied since. Not much else to say.

My 2005 Honda had a persistent smoke odour.

I now have a great, affordable, comfortable car that is in great condition with low mileage. That makes me happy. The service to remove the smoke odour (after the source was located) was immediate, respectful and effective. I am a most satisfied customer. I look forward to my next Honda in 3 or 4 years time!

As is the way with life some things came up and we determined it would be better to have 2 vehicles instead of just the one. Jamie worked with us to effectively get us into 2 vehicles for the same payment as we were making on the one. Our costs are effectively the same but now have the flexibility of the 2 cars.

LIGHT ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT

Dan in service was extremely professional and helped me with my concerns, Denis Carrol in service department is extremely professional and a phone call back to confirm my satisfaction was nice as well, Denis Aubut always finds a smile and a quick chat to see how you are when you wak by his office, and Kyle Sheridan is always on his game, professional, exceptional everytime i go into the dealership, makes me feel good to own a Honda
