Always on time, the job gets done, staff is very pleasant.

Really liked that my vehicle was in the next day for servicing and repairs. I was contacted prior to any repairs being completed on my vehicle. The shuttle was prompt in the morning and on time for the afternoon pick up. Staff are always very friendly and professional.

The only reason we did not provide five stars is because of the 500 $ so called security package. There is nothing of value to us in this package. Insurance do not care about etching in windows. Filling my tires with nitrogen and insurance on tires and rims, so far nothing is worth 500$. If this is the only was you can get another 500$ out of us well I guess blowing hot air it is. Stephanie went out of her way to assist us with taking delivery of the vehicle and presenting this vehicle as a birthday gift to my daughter. The finance department was also very helpful. Loving the little car so far!

My wife and I were well greeted by all and Scott was very pleasant at all times. He answered our questions without hesitation. No skirting around with answers. I feel that he was honest and upright about everything and showed us the vehicle and took us for a drive and also got me to drive it back. He demonstrated how the phone is used and many other features in the car. We were very pleased with him and would ask for him again should the occasion arise. Our visit at Honda was a great experience.

My radio and clock had stopped because I had had to boost my battery. Kara found the code and came out to the car and got everything working for me again. I Bought my car from Palladino and have had it serviced there since the purchase 13 years ago. Always reliable
