As is the way with life some things came up and we determined it would be better to have 2 vehicles instead of just the one. Jamie worked with us to effectively get us into 2 vehicles for the same payment as we were making on the one. Our costs are effectively the same but now have the flexibility of the 2 cars.

Dan in service was extremely professional and helped me with my concerns, Denis Carrol in service department is extremely professional and a phone call back to confirm my satisfaction was nice as well, Denis Aubut always finds a smile and a quick chat to see how you are when you wak by his office, and Kyle Sheridan is always on his game, professional, exceptional everytime i go into the dealership, makes me feel good to own a Honda

I was able to take an extensive test drive of a 2014 Odyssey and we left satisfied that it was the vehicle our family needed. We took our time with the purchase and finally sealed the deal about five months after the fact. Throughout, the salesperson kept in touch (without being pushy) and helped us finalize the sale at the right time for us.

Repairs to drive belt pulley due to a failed bolt.

The repairs were completed as described by the service advisor (Dan Strong) in a timely and efficient manner. An outstanding Honda recall was also performed at the same time. I thought that the drive belt should have been covered under warranty, as a new one was installed less than one year ago, but Dan checked with his supervisor and was told that it could not be covered under warranty because of the failed pulley bolt which damaged the belt.
