I made an appointment for my Civic's first once-over and oil change from Palladino. They staff were knowledgeable and respectful. I made inquiries about a few dents and scratches I had unfortunately acquired in the short time I have owned my car, and as per my request I was contacted before any additional repairs were made so I could consider the costs involved.

I appreciate the following items: . I am always reminded of what services my vehicle should have but I am not under any obligation to do the service (i.e. I do some servicing vehicle myself) . if additional work is required, I am advised and authorization is requested . this is a big plus . a friendly smile and good morning is always nice...thank you

Loved the Civic, enjoyed working with our salesman, he was very polite and knowledgeable. Was very impressed with the service, and the time that was spend with us explaining the vehicle. Would recommend Palladino Honda to family and friends for sure.
