When I called to inform I would be a bit late due to family emergency I was was made to feel that that should not matter and I should still have been able to be there on time. This was not Rebecca's saying but someone in the office who answered the call.

My car went into the shop at SMP for a recalled ignition problem. I was contacted before leaving my house to go to work that my car was ready and waiting for me. My husband dropped me off on his way to work and we both had our own vehicles for the day. Awesome serivce as always.
