Rebecca is an awesome service advisor. My vehicle is always ready on time and she only does what's needed without pressuring me to do unnecessary maintenance. My oil change was completed in a timely manner and she was awesome to deal with.

The advice, thoroughness and friendly attitude makes me comfortable bringing my vehicle in for service. Sometimes service can get a bad rap, but the last couple times it has seemed more like coming to visit a friend....a friend that knows how to get my vehicle fixed with as little disruptions as possible. I wish more companies would see that service to a customer is just as important as the purchase of the product. I know that when I bring my truck to Doug when there is an issue, it will be dealt with. Thanks to Doug and all the staff in the SMP service area!
