I was handled very well and am very pleased with the great service.

Rebecca always makes sure my and my wifes vehicles always come back clean. My truck had the oil changed and some warranty work done as well. One part had to be ordered and she told me about that ahead of time. Thanks for the great service Rebecca.

Performed oil change and did recall work on transfer case. I was allowed to do an after hour drop off and then was able to leave it there while on vacation and pick it up upon return. This allowed me to only make one trip to the dealership as I live a considerable distance away. Thank-you for that.

I'd like to say that SMP have given me outstanding customer service from the day I was looking to buy a car! I'd like to thank: Jason Myers for finding me the perfect car. Rick, for financing the car to fit my budget. Rebecca, she was clear with her words, and easy to understand when taking my car in for an oil change. Thank you for the great experience, and the awesome customer service! I will be definitely bringing my car back in the future for servicing as it needs it.

We took the Traverse in for a seatbelt recall. Paul phoned in advance to let me know that they might not be able to finish and asked if I could make other arrangements so they could have it overnight if need be. As things turned out, they did finish that day but I appreciated the heads up.

Thanks to Glen for taking care of my vehicle and myself. I had messed up and showed up for my appointment one day late, Glen said no problem, you are here now so we will fit you in. I very much appreciated Glen's acceptance of me showing up on the wrong day, he saved me from having to rebook the appointment. Every time I have had the truck in I have dealt with Glen and I always leave feeling very satisfied with SMP.

I took my truck in for an oil and filter change .i also requested a wheel alignment and told Glen that I thought I had a problem with the driveshaft sticking on hard stops which caused a jerk (I think they call it driveshaft jacking ).The oil and filter were changed as requested. The wheel alignment was checked and found to be within specifications (no charge for alignment as not required. Apparently when they removed the driveshaft to lubricator the spine ,they found a problem with the universal joint and fixed that also.since I am heading to the USA on a month long holiday and pulling a trailer , I was happy they found the universal joint problem. Glen kept me in touch with progress of service on my truck and arranged for a ride to my place of employment and back .Everybody at SMP is very friendly and helpful .

I called Rebebba in the morning to say that my battery was dead and she told me to drop my car off. It was put on the diagnostics and the battery was dead, so it was replaced.

Glen always speaks a language that I understand and also takes the time to understand my concerns ,if my concerns are policy I accept it, however if it is something that i have paid for and should been done he will get it corrected or advise me how to follow it up for future dealings. When I deal with Glen I get what I pay for and that is all I expect. Other advisors that I had at SMP did not talk my language and did not take the time to learn my language or teach me theirs.
