I had a great experience with the purchasing of my new Toyota Corolla Hatchback SE plus. Even though it took quite a while to arrive, it was so worth the wait. My sales rep Bill kept me up to date from start to finish with my car. I have been a loyal Toyota customer since I purchased my first Toyota in 1994. Dealing with my financial advisor Rick was very smooth and a painless process. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle financing process and also assisted my son with his first purchase of my 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback. It is always a pleasure dealing with my service advisor Derrick-always professional, and always willing to go the extra mile for me as a customer. Goes above and beyond. Makes me so happy to be a Jackson’s customer.

Privacy Violated

Read my full review if you want to see how this dealership violated customer privacy. Check out other reviews it seems like many people are disappointed with the customer experience of this dealership. I would have loved to support local as I am from Barrie and purchase a new vehicle from here but they do not support the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Company employee discount anymore. My dad worked at the Toyota factory making vehicles for over 30 years as a supervisor and we have had good experiences purchasing two vehicles at Jackson's Toyota before with this discount. We were TOLD in person 4 weeks ago that this letter was going to be accepted. When Andrew Black called me today he even told me the letter was accepted until I told him Anthony Casey said it wasn't. Clearly there is miscommunication among the sales team which impacts the experience of the customer negatively. How can this change in 4 weeks from accepting our discount to not accepting it? I get that inventory is low, but everything is done by "orders" at a dealership anyways. I am one customer that is asking for this on one specific vehicle, what difference does ONE order make. They did try to help and offer a discount, but it was pretty disappointing as a Toronto dealership was willing to offer me a better one when they said they couldn’t accept my employee discount… I also feel distressed because I feel gossiped about, a manager at Jackson’s Toyota called another dealership where I have an order asking if I indeed had an order with them, when I already told Jackson’s Toyota that I did. Why would I lie? I cried because I feel like my privacy has been violated. I already told them I wouldn’t order with them anyways because the discount wouldn’t be accepted and that I had an order already. A case with Toyota Canada Inc has been created and being taken seriously, followed up by management from Toyota Canada. We're all pretty disappointed that it is not being accepted and no longer plan on purchasing a vehicle here ever again or bring our vehicles here for service.

After my previous car got totalled, Jackson's Toyota helped me right away to get a new one. The customer service was excellent, they continuously gave me support and answered my questions whenever I asked them. Right now, car having been delivered, I can say that I am very happy I chose them.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 XLE and had a wonderful experience at Jackson’s Toyota. The whole process from start to finish was extremely quick and efficient. Big thank you and shoutout to Bill, my salesman who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and informed about the purchase. This was by far the best car buying experience and service I have ever had!

I just picked up my new Rav4 from Jackson's Toyota in Barrie, ON. I was very impressed with the dealership and in particular, with Andrew Black, my sales representative. He was very knowledgeable about Toyota products and answered my many questions quickly and efficiently. His professional and easy-going demeanour made the entire car-purchase experience stress-free and seamless. Chelsea Allen was also was great to work with in arranging for the various registrations required. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jackson's Toyota. Great overall experience.

I have been a loyal Customer for 17 years. The service is good, but list prices are significantly higher than all other GTA dealers and they will no longer provide discounts for major work. Recommend you shop around. Management doesn’t seem to care. From my research they are 15-20% higher on even routine maintenance like oil changes and brake work. Taking our business to a Dealer that does not price gouge during a recession…

Was a roller coaster of an experience to say the least, was excited about the vehicle when first ordering it then throughout the 13 month wait for the vehicle (rav4 hybrid) there was a lot of miss communications with updates and felt almost forgotten sometimes. At the end of the day I did get the vehicle and was happy with it but the sales process and communication was disappointing to me.
