My husband is very disappointed with the service that was provided. This has been his fourth time and anytime he complain about it to the customer service no improvements were made. He will not go back there again, he d raver go Toronto where he is treated properly.

We waited 11 months for our RAV4 hybrid. I have to say it was well worth the wait. The staff was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very helpful explaining what the features were and how to use them. We are very satisfied! Thank you!

I picked up my new 2023 Rav4 prime xse last Saturday (10th,June.) I am happy now even though over long waiting time. Thanks for sales man Lee Thrasher who installed android auto . And Toyota App set up my phone too.. All staffs very kindly and welcomed warmly.

I picketed up my 2023 Rav4 prime xse last Saturday (10th,June). Very happy due to new car even though long waiting time. And I'd like to especially thank you sales man Lee , He explained how to use all buttons and installed Navigation android auto. Very appreciated all Jackson 's Toyota staffs.

Too many stumbles by the Service dept to warrant a better rating from me. Also, don't get the feeling like they really appreciate my business so will be going to another Toyota dealership. Thanks but no thanks.
