TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. I live in Brighton Ontario almost 300 km far from Jackson’s Toyota, the only reason I went to this dealership is one of my friends who got a job as a sales person there and I went to support him. I signed lease contract for a Hybrid Grand Highlander and when the car arrived to the dealer, I changed my mind and I offered to buy the car cash. They accepted my offer and send me their bank info and the price I have to pay for the car. After a couple of hours, they called me and said general sales manager is asking me to buy extra warranty for the car, otherwise he is not going to give me the car. I emailed General sales manager Anthony and Dealer principal Greg asking why I should pay almost $5000 plus tax for extra warranty when I’m paying cash price, they didn’t even bother themselves to reply my email. I had to drive almost 300km to dealer to talk to general sales manager for this matter and he sent his sales person telling he doesn’t want to talk. Long story short he made me to pay almost $2600 plus tax for Extra warranty for this car. Even One Star Is TOO MUCH for Them.

Just purchased my new Hondra HR-V from the used dealership at Jackson’s Toyota. The vehicle itself is amazing and I’m very happy with it, however the way the company is run needs improvement. Booked an appointment to look at a specific RAV4, came to the appointment to find out it was already sold. It would have been nice to have a heads up. Also found multiple price discrepancies between online and in person, makes me question their honesty. Lastly, when picking up my new vehicle I had to wait almost an hour as they did not have enough staff to assist. I don’t blame the staff but do wonder why a company as large as this only has 1 finance manager and only he can release the keys to the new owner. Overall a great selection of vehicles but procedure and staffing should be reevaluated.

Matthew M. was a complete pleasure to work with and I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family who are looking to purchase a vehicle. He is very down to earth and helped me find exactly what I wanted with zero pressure at all! I am a loyal Toyota driver because they are the absolute BEST vehicles, in my opinion! I drove a Matrix for 11 years and now drive a 2020 RAV4 LE AWD thanks to Matthew and Chelsea A. The entire process was so easy and stress-free. I love my new RAV4 so much and I can't thank Jackson's Toyota enough!!

Update: I called the service centre and requested to talk to the service manager Tara, and all I was told is that: Dona told you regarding the charge, which was an absolute LIE! Me and my husband both were there and neither of us heard about 169+tax for wheel alignment!!!! I don’t care how many years you are in business, it is nothing to me when there is no honestly and responsibility… Will NOT take my car to this dealership anymore and make sure to RECORD your conversations with them! Original Review: I left a good review in 2023, when I purchased my vehicle. I was happy at that time as I was treated with respect, just because I was the buyer… Today, when I was picking up my car after a service that I was told would be for free (covered within warranty) by “Dona,” I was charged for above $200… I requested to know the reason as their service department was closed earlier on Saturday! Nobody, absolutely nobody, cared enough to call me for the charge before or explain it to me after… then I had to talk to the only available manager, who indeed sold me the car back in 2023 and asked him why I’m getting charged, and all he said was “oh I’m sorry that’s not my department, you can come back on Monday!!… my car key was locked in the kiosk and I had to pay for something that I had no idea about just to get my car back! What I seen today was disrespect… I felt neglected and changed my review because I believe they DO NOT deserve a 5star-review …keep your clients happy if you want to keep your business running, sale is not everything costumer care is much more important! Will not recommend them anymore.

I was waiting for my new vehicle to arrive and I was always kept informed about ETA’s and changes to them. Whenever I dealt with Lee, he was always very helpful. I would consider him one of the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. At my age I have dealt with quite a few car purchases. This is the second one with Lee because of his care for the customer.
