Ordered a Rav 4 AWD Hybrid limited 15 months ago and just picked it up two weeks ago. We were provided constraint updates the entire time.

Amir Matloub Best sale person I recently purchased a 2023 venza LE hybrid and had a wonderful experience at Jackson’s Toyota. The whole process from start to finish was extremely quick and efficient.

Everything was great. The service was excellent. The salesman kept me informed of any news regarding the delivery of the truck. Paper work was explained in detail. Once I purchased the truck the salesman went through all the different fitures the truck offered and even sink the phone for me. He even told me that in case I had any questions to contact him. Great work and service. Thanks: Rogelio Santana

Jackson’s Toyota is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They provide amazing customer service and support. They are professional, courteous, thoughtful and respectful. Andrew Black is exceptional. He answered all my questions, ran all the payment scenarios I asked for and was patient throughout the entire process. He provided updates all along the way keeping me informed of the process and timeline. I would highly recommend Jackson’s Toyota in Barrie.

Stay away from this unprofessional joke of a dealership! First of all, I am a loyal Toyota customer where Belleville Toyota treated me like gold for many many years. I had a 2007 tundra for 12 years with no issues, hence the repeat business of my current top of the line 2019 tundra TRD PRO. I recently moved to Barrie and started servicing my tundra at Jackson Toyota with the extended care package. On May 31st 2022 I had a service 2 performed (which includes a thorough inspection of the brake pads, calipers and rotors) with 50187kms on the truck. The vehicle service inspection report indicates that all of the brakes were good. In September of 2022 (with only 2000 additional kilometers on the vehicle), I noticed a horrible metal on metal grinding sound when slowing to pull off of the highway after a long drive. I immediately pulled over to determine what was going on, and upon inspection of the right rear brake rotor, there was severe scoring. Comparing the right rear piston position to the left rear brake (where zero rotor scoring was present) I could immediately tell that the right piston was in MUCH farther in than the left one. Obviously the right rear brake caliper had seized. I cautiously continued the short distance home and could even hear the metal on metal sound without the brakes applied at very low speed. I called Jackson Toyota right away to make an appointment, brought it in on Sept 12 2022 with 52234kms on the truck and explained the entire story to service advisor Derrick Rausch. After waiting, he came out and expained that the caliper was not seized, and that it was just normal brake wear. I argued with him that that was impossible only on one side (something went horribly wrong), and that the front brakes typically wear first, and that I should not have to replace rotors with such low kilometers, especially when the previous inspection indicated that they were fine 2000kms prior. My previous 2007 Tundra didn't need rotors replaced until over 100,000kms I believe. He was adamant that it was normal wear and tear. Instead of making a scene, I approved replacement of the rear pads and rotors (which needed to be replaced now anyways), paid the $830 bill and left. I consulted Toyota Customer Service Canada because it was clearly a warranty issue in my opinion. They said to take it up with their (Jackson's) service manager. I Emailed him with the details, zero response for weeks. I attempted to get ahold of the dealerships GM and Emailed him. Same, zero response. Not even a single acknowledgement or attempt made to contact me! I would strongly suggest staying away from this unprofessional dealership since they CLEARLY have no intention of addressing any sort of serious situation!
