I recently purchased a vehicle at Branford Honda. Calvin in sales supported me with the purchase. He was professional, helpful, patient and honest. He provided me with EXCELLENT customer service. As a relatively new resident of Brantford (1 yr+) today’s my 3rd visit & as the saying goes: “3rd times the charm!” Their service has been great in the past but today’s excelled the others! Welcoming, friendly & prompt service: clearly outlining required actions, pricing options & benefits of each. When I returned to my vehicle, it had that exhilarating “new car” smell & feel - they not only washed the outside but cleaned inside too!!! Completely blew me away! THANK YOU BRANTFORD HONDA! Since 2015 I’ve been a Honda dealership customer, and today’s experience definitely tops them all! Please continue providing EXCELLENT service as you help keep our vehicles at their best!👏🏾🫶🏾🥳

Words of precaution. Friend of mine purchased a used vehicle at this dealership. She bought a Honda at this dealership thinking that it would be a safe and pragmatic purchase. However, at her first service she found that the car had outstanding recommend services due at the time of purchase which she was not aware of. This will cost her close to two thousand dollars and as she is on a fixed income she can not afford the recommend services. We talked to the service manager about the issues with hope that we can have it rectified. The answer was unfortunately negative and we were told that the vehicle was sold safetied and that's all they do. So please be aware buying a car here to ask what recommend services are due before you make your decision as it might cost you more than you plan for. Honesty is hard to find even at a certified dealership it seems.
