My experience ever since I arrived at Brantford Honda was great when I was looking to buy a car, but this was mainly thanks to Natalie. I reached out to her and she was very acoomidating and would respond fast to my messages. Natalie is someone who is very friendly, knowledgeable, and truly loves her job. I ended up buying my new Honda Civic from her and it was a flawless and fun experience with the bow and everything so shout out to her!

My elderly mother went to their service department for an oil change and wiper blades. They tried to scam her out of over 3000.00 dollars lying to her about the safety if her car thank goodness her nephew got her car out of there and to a real mechanic. Shame on them for trying to take advantage of the elderly.

Just want to give a shout out to Natalie at Brantford Honda. My daughter just got her license today at 11am and Natalie had her first “new to her” car all ready for her for pick up at 2pm complete with bow. From start to finish Natalie was fun and informative to deal with and helped us make our car purchase fun and not a stressful or over whelming experience. When purchasing a new or used car Natalie will give it her all to make sure u walk away a happy customer.
