oil change

had an oil change - waited. how come fluids not topped off anymore. price keeps going up I didn' get the $20.00 off the last oil change and was suppose to get $40.00 off next one - only got $20.00 pleased I could get in and it was done quickly

Terrible start, good finish

My daughter brought my vehicle in on my behalf. She was ignored to begin with then when she did get someone's attention, was treated disrespectfully. The arrangements with Budget for a replacement vehicle were a gong show and eventually cancelled. SMP then started to show what they can do for customer service and arranged for an internal courtesy vehicle. The remainder of the experience was positive, thank you.

Waiting 4 months for parts is unacceptable

Having to wait 4 months for parts is unacceptable. And me having to call back 3 times trying to figure out where the status is at also unacceptable. I will not be coming back to smp after this experience. Not the only dealer around.

Had to bring G5 in for a recall of ignition switch. Took advantage of shuttle service to work and back to shop after work to pick up my car. Been bringing my car in to SMP for about 6 years now. Have always had friendly service from everyone.

Your service personally was very good and the dealership service was average compared to others. Outstanding service is what I experienced in Suprise AZ. The Service Rep met me as I drove into the service reception area (they gave me his name when I booked the appointment) and informed me my vehicle would be ready in 45 minutes at a cost (total) of $35 USD. I received my vehicle in 45 minutes and it was washed, vacuumed and sitting outside waiting for me. All services done, no busy confused reception area and it is a very large dealership ( Sands Chev in Suprise AZ). At SMP I originally booked on line and received no acknowledgement until I phoned long distance and cancelled the original date because I has no confirmation and made other plans. At least the oil was changed and in a good time frame. Thank you. All EE's were friendly and pleasant.

Came in, checked in with Glenn, when done Glenn asked if I required a ride, which I did. A short wait and I had my ride home. Good driver. Lter Glenn called to say the job was finished and I asked for a pick up and the driver was there in about 20 minutes. Checked out and thanked Glenn and he thanked me for the buisness,
