I pulled in, got out of the car and Rebecca immediately connected with me. The paperwork was quickly completed and I was off for a coffee. When I returned--less than an hour later the car was ready to go.

Upon arrival the Service Rep was very courteous and took time to answer my concerns and questions! My appointment was for an oil change which was done in a timely manner. I have to comment this was the first time in a very long while that the job was done within a reasonable time frame.

I brought my truck in for routine maintenance and to repair a couple problems. It was checked over and repaired promptly and I was kept well informed of its status. I was very happy with the service I received.

SMP has always been fast, efficient and kind. I wouldn't think of going any other place. The Service department has always been great, I've dealt with Paul and Brandon, and it's good to know that whomever I may talk I know I will receive excellent customer service.

Booking appointment was easy. Service advisor listened to my concern regarding a whistling sound coming from the front of the vehicle. The concern was recorded correctly and the service advisor (Glenn) was very helpful. The concern was investigated and corrective action was taken. Have not yet been on the highway to see if the truck still whistles but will be soon. Also Glenn checked with the body shop on another concern that I had regarding a dent in my bumper as he said he would (someone hit me).
