I was impressed with the efficiency and friendliness. Best service I've had so far!

Everything was handled quickly from dropping off my car to shuttle service. When the work was completed on my car the shuttle came quickly and everything was ready to go when I picked up my car, I didn't wait at all for paper work or for the car to be brought to me.

Car broke down on hoidays and we were helped immediately.

service was complete 2 hours before promised!

HHR was in for ignition switch recall - was told it would be complete early afternoon. Went across the street to have coffee with a friend, and when I went back to check on progress (at 10:15 am) I was told the work was finished. This was great as I had a very busy day planned and now didn't have to depend on 'shuttle' service or a ride from a friend. All in all, very pleased (as usual) with service at SMP.

Oil change/ warranty check-up. I was able to book an appointment within a few days which is appreciated. Glen was efficient and professional. The oil change was completed within the time estimated - 45 mins, which was appreciated as I was on my lunch break. Thanks!
