As SMP is not only our sales and repair centre, but also a place where I am known to a lot of the staff. I have to use a walker and always receive help with getting it out and in to my car, and also from the shuttle service drivers. Due to the fact that my husband is now in long term care, I am doing all the driving and am not a vehicle savvy person, so.I really appreciate and trust Doug Dyck to look after my Malibu. ,

During the check did not make a full circle around the vehicle. I had a question about parts and so I thought I would wait until he was done the walk around. When he was done I asked about the rear passenger light and I had to point it out to him. It was very noticable damage he would have seen it if he did the complete walk around. Other then that made sure he had the right profile and made all the notes necessary. Also double checked if I was needing a shuttle ride or if I was waiting. Directed me to the parts and then directed me too the waiting area.

Our Equinox had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Doug reviewed our file and determined that we required a wheel rotation. Doug was extremely professional and more importantly friendly. Wonderful service and a wonderful smile. That didn't end there. The gentleman who shuttled me back to work was also very kind and a great conversationalist. It was a way great start your day! Brandon was accurate in the details of our service at 9:00am however as I had specifically asked for our service be completed by 2pm and I had to call at 2:15 a few times I did not feel at this point the customer service was its best.
