problem not fixed, doesnt matter because they say its our phone. Why sell it with this feature??

brought in car for repair. Iphone when plugged in and you use the touch screen the song all get multiplied and it doesn't allow you to use the screen for content viewing. A radio was replaced then we waited a long time for a separate part then had it installed and it doesn't work correctly still

My last purchase from SMP was heavily influenced by two factors. Kelly Johnson (husband of co-worker) and Doug Dyck. I dealt with Doug when he was at Sherwood Chev as my previous vehicle was purchased from there. I have been satisfied with all of my dealings with Doug, both at SMP and previously at Sherwood. On July 15, Doug recognized me, addressed me by name, said he would be with me in a moment and to have a seat at his station. He dealt with my service needs in a quick and professional manner. My service experiences will always factor into the decision of where I purchase my next vehicle. In short, I'm satisfied with my service experiences at your dealership..
