This fall I purchased a used (CPO) Audi from Mark Motors. The car was subsequently shipped to Alberta; all handled by Audi Mark Motors of Ottawa. My experience was great. Everything that Zel Lazovic said would be addressed (cosmetics) was done as promised. The car arrived and looked new. The business side was handled by Julie Dugas. She guided me through the required paperwork from a distance ensuring a smooth purchase. I easily recommend both Zel and Julie. They both handled the transaction in a professional, fair and friendly manner.

If there was something lower than a 1 star, this would be it. First time customer at Mark Motors and I am not impressed at all. I don’t tend to have high expectations but this was ridiculous, ESPECIALLY for a high end dealership. Waited 10-15 mins to be helped at service and there was NO ONE else in line or being helped. I had an appointment for 10am. I was told my car would be ready no later than 4:30pm. At 4:45pm i had to call in because i hadn’t heard anything. They had told me that they haven’t even brought the car in the shop Yet. Took them from 9am(drop off) till 5:30pm to do a front end inspection. This should have taken 20-30mins. Their excuses were that they are behind on work orders. Don’t take so many work orders if you can’t keep up. It’s simple. I needed a part but they were unable to give me a specific time and date for the delivery of the part. All in all, very unorganized, useless staff and poor management. Lower end brand dealerships such as Toyota or Honda embarasses Mark Motors Hunt Club in terms of services. Don’t waste your money here.

It's my second car in one year. I was really disappointed by the 2018 Q5, had to change the whole engine within 7000km, then went to service for tons of times for other weird issues. Joking with the service people that I might have gone to the dealership as frequently as the employees there. So decided to try another new model (2018 S5). One more time, David was my dealer and he provided me with excellent experience again using his expertise. Which is a big relieve after all the suffering from the car itself. I hope it will recover some confidence for me to stay with the Audi.
