New vehicle delivery experience was very good. .

The new vehicle delivery experience was very well executed. Vehicle was cleaned, polished and inside for delivery. Delivery timing was rearranged to accommodate my schedule. Features of the vehicle were thoroughly reviewed and appreciated. The paperwork was completed in an efficient manner. Rear floor mats and rocker panel cover were missing and had to be ordered. Licence plate from trade in vehicle was not returned and needed to be shipped. Overall experience was very positive.

Experience was excellent . The team seemed genuinely interested in ensuring my satisfaction. Mark Motors could significantly improve on the gift it provives with the car delivery. Providing flowers is really substandard when other dealers (including Subaru) provide you with a basket full of quality chic items.
